Elfinglen was founded at the kitchen table 20 years ago by Sally Milverton, who saw a gap in the market for decoupaged drinks trays that were beautifully finished, practical and hard-wearing. After years of national trade fairs the business went online, and has an army of wonderfully loyal clients all over the world. Sally’s daughter Alice started hand painting trays and boxes (and furniture and interiors…) in lockdown, focussing on creating highly personal gifts for weddings, birthdays, christenings and more. Amalgamating the two businesses seemed like a natural progression and here we are today!
